When you initially contact us we will need to take a few details from you for our database. This will comprise of your contact details (name, address, phone number and date of birth), and an outline of your symptoms.

 

We aim to provide flexible appointment times to fit around your schedule, including evening and weekend appointments.  When you contact us we hope to be able to offer an appointment that is convenient for you within 48 hours of your initial contact.
